Case studies

This user journey aimed to drive traffic through to the case studies that Sapien has created from previous work with businesses such as Spark, Just Juice, and Pepsi.

User interaction 01: From a filterable homepage, users then arrive at their chosen case study, where they are provided a summary of what they'll learn.

User interaction 02: After clicking the download button, a pop-up tab appears where the user fills in their details. By doing this, the download begins and they subsequently become subscribed to Sapien's email list.

User interaction 03: At the last step, they're given access to download the case study. Further case studies that are directly related to the users' search appear in the panel below, providing more discoverability.

Blogs

This user journey aimed to direct traffic through to Sapien’s blog posts. Sapien’s blogs are publicly available resources that exemplify the wealth of insight that Sapien can provide to businesses in need. However, the blogs weren’t getting enough exposure.

User Interaction 01: The blog homepage lists the various blog titles. This page is filterable based on the particular category that best aligns with the users' marketing interests. The Read More button leads to the chosen blog page.

User interaction 02: The blog page itself contains multiple CTAs to prompt the user to explore other blogs/case studies.

Device Responsiveness
All user journeys were created for both phone and computer displays— also meaning that if the tabs are minimised on a computer, the interface will shrink to adjust.
